How to Use the UTP Video Balun?
Point-to-point.
Using single super cat5 UTP (4 pairs 8 cores) or 2pairs 4 core super cat5 to connect each video signal, and using single video balun receiver to connect the DVR at back-end. If need to transmit the control signal, we can use the remaining lines (transmit 1ch video only need 1pair lines) to transmit it.
Connected in series
Wiring a network cable (super cat5 UTP, 4pairs) for every four monitoring positions, make the cable go through these 4 positions in turn. Poke the cable skin and take out 1 pair line to connect the camera when through one position.
Tree structure
First, using cat5 UTP (two pairs of 4-core twisted pair) to transmit each signal that from scattered monitoring positions to a relatively concentrated position, and connect all the signal to a multichannel video transmitter, then transmit to the receiver by super cat5 UTP.
