QSFP+
The QSFP+ (Quad Small Form-factor the Pluggable Plus) has four-channel SFP+ interfaces. The QSFP+ is born to meet the market demand for higher-density, high-speed pluggable solutions. This 4-channel pluggable interface can transfer rates up to 40Gbps.
It supports a variety of data transfer rates as well as Ethernet, Fibre Channel, InfiniBand and other multi-protocols. QSFP+ cables harness the same transmission as QSFP, which can also support a variety of data transfer rate at the meantime, such as Ethernet, Fibre Channel and InfiniBand and other multi-protocols. It is an economical and practical solution for short-range applications.
The connector of QSFP+ cable is designed for the standard application design of 40 Gb/s InfiniBand and Ethernet (4x10Gb/s). The 38 position connector is in accordance with SFF-8436 document specifies, including the interface and panel design, which is fully applicable to the fiber optic components and optical transceivers. The link between the internal connection of fiber optic products and residential communications equipment has been upgraded to provide advanced solutions to optimize the signal shaping.
