QSFP+

The QSFP+ (Quad Small Form-factor the Pluggable Plus) has four-channel SFP+ interfaces. The QSFP+ is born to meet the market demand for higher-density, high-speed pluggable solutions. This 4-channel pluggable interface can transfer rates up to 40Gbps.
It supports a variety of data transfer rates as well as Ethernet, Fibre Channel, InfiniBand and other multi-protocols. QSFP+ cables harness the same transmission as QSFP, which can also support a variety of data transfer rate at the meantime, such as Ethernet, Fibre Channel and InfiniBand and other multi-protocols. The connector of QSFP+ cable is designed for the standard application design of 40 Gb/s InfiniBand and Ethernet (4x10Gb/s). The 38 position connector is in accordance with SFF-8436 document specifies, including the interface and panel design, which is fully applicable to the fiber optic components and optical transceivers.
