Sopto can provide 8E1 over Ethernet and its data rate is 10/100M, considering you have so many E1 links, it's better to offer them a dedicate line for them, more stable and safe. You could converter E1 to SDH, transport the data over fiber. Moreover, this solution will save much cost than TDMoIP equipment.
we call 8 channel video multiplexer as digital video transmitter & receiver, and this product can transmit 8 channel video over fiber, moreover, also no problem for the audio and data. The problem is we could provide SC/APC connector, usually we provide ST or FC or SC/UPC connector, because the fiber module of the video Multiplexer is 1*9 fiber module, for this package of fiber module, its end face is UPC. If you insist APC end face, maybe you could use a SC/APC to SC/UPC fiber patch cords to convert it.
