24 or 48 ports TDMoIP equipment is diffrent from 8 channel video multiplexer

You could converter E1 to SDH, transport the data over fiber. Moreover, this solution will save much cost than TDMoIP equipment.

we call 8 channel video multiplexer as digital video transmitter & receiver, and this product can transmit 8 channel video over fiber, moreover, also no problem for the audio and data. The problem is we could provide SC/APC connector, usually we provide ST or FC or SC/UPC connector, because the fiber module of the video Multiplexer is 1*9 fiber module, for this package of fiber module, its end face is UPC. If you insist APC end face, maybe you could use a SC/APC to SC/UPC fiber patch cords to convert it.
