Optical Distribution Frame unit is fiber optic management unit primarily used indoor. They are used for the fiber optic cable backbones connection, termination and distribution. It is a common product in FTTx and fiber optic distribution systems.

 

We supply a series of optical distribution frames from 12 fiber counts type to 96 fiber counts type. Fiber optic ODF has various individual distribution panels inside the closure, they are flexible to use like drawers. 

 

The optical distribution frame is with steel plates and aluminum alloy; the units can be with optional SC, FC, ST, LC adapters for fiber optic termination. They are convenient to use in fiber optic maintenance and supervising.

Optical Distribution Frame Accessories

 

There is a full range of accessories for the Optical Distribution Frames that include:

 

  1. Tray Units – Rear-mounted element that provides housing for Fiber Trays.
  2. 19” Breakout Plate – Cable fixing plate used for fixing incoming fiber optic cables, cable strength members and protective conduit in splicing applications.
  3. 19” Breakout Cover – Full length cover plate for protecting the transition point between cable and conduit in splicing applications.
  4. 300mm Breakout Plate & Rail – Breakout plate fixes to 300mm breakout rail between the rear and front rack profile.  The rail accommodates up to two 300mm breakout plates that are used for fixing incoming fiber optic cables.
  5. 300mm Tie Plate & Rail - The Breakout Rail is also used to support the 300mm Tie Plate that is used to fix MTP jumpers.
  6. Conduit – Provides protection in splicing applications and offers 30mm bend radius protection.
