Fiber optic Splice closure is usually used with outdoor fiber optic cables; they provide space for the outdoor fiber optic cables to be spliced together. The fiber optic splice closures and the fiber trays inside will protect the spliced fiber and the joint parts of the outdoor fiber cables. Generally the fiber optic splice closures are dome type and horizontal types. Horizontal splice closures are more used.

 

We supply a wide range of fiber optic splice closures for both ribbon cable and round cables, the different types will fit requirement of different numbers of cables and fibers required to be connected. The fiber splice closures are made of special industrial plastic that is high tension and good performance of thunder proof as well as reliable sealing ability. 

 

They are also optimized to resist aging of material because of the factors in the natural environment like ultraviolet ray. Our fiber optic splice closures are available for aerial and duct cables and they are widely used in fiber optic communication systems.

 

Feature

 

  1. The closure adopts mechanical sealing structure. There is one oval shaped cable port entrances in base. The big entrance is used for the sealing of uncut straight-through fiber cable, the small ports are used for branch fiber cable and drop cable.
  2. To adopt engineering PC plastic with high-strength to make the closure has longer life time and excellent sealing performance.
  3. There are different drop cable elements to be chosen.  Max. 28 pcs drop cable input/output (special type can be customized).

  1. Suitable for bunchy and ribbon fibers.
  2. Aerial, underground, wall-mounting, hand hole-mounting and duct-mounting.
  3. It’s especially applicable to FTTH optical fiber distribution.
