The brief information of 100Base SFP modules:
The 100Base SFP modules fully meet the standard of SFP, SFF-8472, FE, GBE, 2GBE, FC, 2FC, 4FC, SDH and SONET and are in accordance with the Class1 products specification and the requirement of IEC60825-1/ IEC 60825-2.
These 100Base SFP modules provide a single +3.3 V power supply and TTL Logic Interface; and the data rate of bi-directional data links ups to 4.25Gb/s. These 100Base SFP modules support EEPROM and serial ID function and could be hot-plugged with low EMI and dual-LC interface.
These 100Base SFP modules are mainly used in the gigabit Ethernet switches and routers, Fibre channel, XDSL application, edge city exchange, 100Base fast Ethernet connection and so on.
