The single core, dual core and multi-core of optical fiber jumper
There are single core (SX), dual core (DX) and multi-core which are commonly used.
Simply, SX is made up of one optical fiber and two connectors while DX is made up of two optical fiber and four connectors, the connectors that we said here are such as SC, LC, FC, ST, MU, E2000 and etc. MTRJ is one type that one connector can adorn two optical fiber, MPO can adorn 4~24 cores in one connector (usually 12 cores).
