The space teaching of Shenzhou-10 through the video call

China’s first space teaching activity was successfully held on the morning of 20th June. In the tiangong-1, the astronauts of Shenzhou-10 showed the physical phenomena in the weightless environment.  

 

 

The astronauts used about 40 minutes to show the physical phenomena of object motion characteristics and the liquid surface tension characteristics in the weightless environment through the quality measurement, pendulum movement, gyroscopic motion, water film and water polo these 5 basic physics experiments.

 

 

They explained the physical principles behind the experiment and communicated with the teachers and students in the ground through the video call.
