purchase single-mode transceivers, distribution way
Currently, the main package of fiber optic transceivers includes SFP+, XFP, X2, XENPAK, SFP and GBIC. And each package has certain single-mode transceivers in the market. To clear that how many kinds of single-mode transceivers in the market exactly may be difficult to us.
But, we can simply distinguish the single-mode fiber optic transceivers from their fiber ports. The BIDI transceivers, also called the WDM transceivers are the single-mode.
How about the two fiber ports fiber optic transceivers? For these two fiber ports transceivers, we just need to remember the common single-mode fiber optic transceivers. For example, we can simply think that besides the 850nm fiber optic transceiver, the others are all single-mode. Of course, the compatible transceivers, such as the Intel SFP transceivers also meet this simple rule.
