JONHON and Hisense Broadband develop the special optical transce

China Aviation Optical-Electrical Technology Co., Ltd.(JONHON) recently announced the establishment of joint venture with Hisense Broadband Multimedia Technology Co., Ltd., a to develop special optical transceiver module market.

The total investment of the joint venture is $ 70 million. China Aviation Optical invested 35 million in cash, accounting for 50 percent of the registered capital; Hisense broadband funded equipment and other fixed assets and intellectual property, accounting for 50 percent of the registered capital. The joint venture company focused on the development, production, sales and service of specialty markets of optical transceiver modules and its extension product.

Hisense Broadband Multimedia Technology Co., Ltd. is Hisense Group's subsidiary professional engaged in the development, production, sales and services of a series of high-performance optical communication transceiver module, digital TV receivers and digital home product. It has more than 20 product line of 2.5G optical transceiver module and several product line of 10G optical transceiver module, with annual production capacity of more than 10 million, and the annual capacity of digital TV receiver is also over 10 million.
