What is RGD?
You may see “RGD” in the product number of some Cisco SFP transceiver modules. RGD means Rugged Transceivers. These are enhanced transceiver modules which have been designed for greater durability, and can operate in harsh extended temperatures.
Sopto's SPT-P131G-10D can replace of Cisco GLC-LX-SM-RGD, supporting data rate of 1.25G and link length of 10km.
Sopto's SPT-P151G-80D can replace of Cisco GLC-ZX-SM-RGD, supporting data rate of 1.25G and link length of 80km.
